Bernard Heesen (Leerdam, NL 1958) is a Dutch glass artist who operates from the De Oude Horn glassworks (factory).
His style is characterized by his unique approach in the making process where coincidence contributes to the shape and expression of the final product.
How does it feel to be in the flow? In our digitalized world and fast moving society, we sometimes tend to get caught up in the constant race of achieving the next step.
But do we still make room for really mastering a skill? And even more so, do we even enjoy that process?
